At the end of May, Lithuania will host the annual meeting of the European Federation of Investors and Financial Services Users (BETTER FINANCE), organized together with the local investor associations Lietuvos investuotojų asociacija (LIA). During the three days of events, the International investor conference "Shaping the Future of Finance" will also take place in addition to the BETTER FINANCE General Assembly, the meeting of its Executive Board and multiple receptions. The VZMD has procured 10 FREE TICKETS to all the events in the entire varied program for the partners of their international business-investor programs and the interested business people, as well as the representatives of companies and investment projects.
The guests will be addressed by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, Ms. Gintarė Skaistė, the Governor of the Bank of Lithuania, Mr. Gediminas Šimkus, the Rector of the Vilnius University, Mr. Rimvydas Petrauskas, the Chairman of the European Banking Authority (EBA), Mr. José Manuel Campa, the Chief Executive Officer at Revolut Securities Europe, Mr. Rolandas Juteika, the head of the digital transformation department at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), Mr. Tim Shakesby, the President of BETTER FINANCE, Ms. Jella Benner-Heinacher, the Executive Director of BETTER FINANCE, Ms. Aleksandra Maczynska, and the host, the President of LIA, Mr. Giedrius Steponkus.
The event will also be attended by the VZMD President and member of the Executive Board of BETTER FINANCE, Mr. Kristjan Verbič, who is leveraging his experience and the VZMD partnerships to help organize the event. This occasion will also present ample opportunities for notable presentation of the investment opportunities, activities and possibilities included in the international business-investor programs of the VZMD: Invest to Slovenia - investo.si and International Investors` Network investo.international.
