Guillaume Prache, was auditioned by the High Level Expert Goup on reforming EU banking structures chaired by Mr. Liikanen on May 24, 2012.

He was also invited to participate in the conference on the restructuration in the banking sector, which took place in the European Parliament on May 25, 2012. 

The High Level Expert Group, mandated by Commissioner Barnier, opened a public debate to discuss the issue of “ring-fencing” commercial banking activities from the bank activities.
